Forrest Capital's Role:

Following the appointment of Chris Hanson, Mike Edwards and Glenn Poole to the board of GSR, Forrest Capital was the cornerstone investor in the two following capital raisings of $5.5Million.

In early 2022 GSR’s immediate neighbour Galileo Mining Ltd (ASX:GAL) made the Callisto discovery at Mt Thirsty near Noresman WA. Forrest acted as lead manager raising a further $5m to advance the exploration programme at Mt Thirsty and advance the Burbanks Gold mine. During this process Forrest introduced Yandal Investments (Mark Creasy) as a shareholder of the company.
