Tom Henderson

Tom has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and has expertise in the provision of advisory services to the resources and services industry and the recapitalisation of listed vehicles. Tom completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is the former head of Corporate Finance at Deloitte in Perth. He left the Deloitte partnership in 2006 to pursue a number of private interests he has in the mining services and industrial sectors before establishing Forrest Capital with Kim Hogan in 2010.

Kim has had 30 years continuous employment in the financial services sector. He completed a Bachelor of Business degree at Curtin University in Western Australia. Kim is a former director of Porter Western Limited which was a full service stockbroking firm in Western Australia, Porter Western was acquired by Macquarie Bank in 1999. Kim worked as an Associate Director of Macquarie until leaving in 2006 to form Forrest Capital (formerly Dalgety Capital). Kim also spent time on the board of InvestorFirst Ltd assisting with the acquisition of Hub24 Ltd (ASX:HUB) and the associated capital raising of $12.5 million.
